Welcome to Happy Best U! I am your page creator Kate. This whole process came about in a completely unexpected way. To give you the short version, in 2014 I had a life changing foot injury that left me unable to walk without medical devices for 4 years. I had chronic debilitating pain anytime pressure was placed on my injured foot. Unfortunately, surgeons, physical therapists and chiropractors were unable to find a solution for my

chronic pain. When I had exhausted every resource in the medical field, I decided to try natural alternative healing methods and change to a plant-based diet. Within 30 days, I was walking without pain and without any assistance from medical devices. If I can sum up my miraculous healing into 2 categories they are; You are what you eat and you are what you think. It is hard to believe that in our western world thoughts and stress can impact your overall heath but I am now a walking testimonial that it is a fact. Then, another surprising thing occurred. All my other subsequent health conditions reversed also. My back pain, migraines, allergies and others disappeared. I am so happy to say I haven’t taken an pain reliever in 3 years now. After my health transformation, I became absolutely passionate about how my healing occurred and began to study everything in the natural wellness field. I studied several meditations that were most effective in healing and wellness. Then, I created my own meditation with the help of a professional team, so I could bring it to you! It is in the shop section for you to download. It is not just about healing your body, but your mind & spirit too!
