Then unexpectedly...a funny thing happened....
After I began my meditation practice, I realized my seasonal allergies were gone. My research found some others had their allergies cured from meditation. I was again fascinated with this and found that meditation brings the body into homeostasis. Allergies are caused by an improper response from your immune system. If you are stressed or depressed, your immune system is impaired. People that meditate regularly have immune systems that work better and allergic reactions are reduced or eliminated. It is worth a shot, maybe yours can improve too?
