Packed with superfoods, and the fruit gives it sweetness!

Makes 3-4 large servings (if you want less, cut amounts in half)

You will need:

Large smoothie blender

3 scoops plant based protein vanilla powder (more if wanted)

1 scoop spirulina powder

1 scoop any "supergreen" blend powder

(These above powders usually come with a scoop, 1 scoop is about 2 tbsp.)

2 cups frozen baby kale

2 cups frozen baby spinach

2 cups Green Machine Naked Juice

2 cups water

2 tablespoons seed blend (chia, hemp & flax, I purchase all 3 bags at once and combine and store in fridge for quick use)

2 cups tropical frozen fruit

1 banana (okay fresh or frozen)

Start with scooping the 3 powders, and seeds in the bottom of the blender.

Add the Naked Juice and spinach and kale. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until well incorporated.

Add the water, tropical frozen fruit and banana, and blend 1 minute, or until totally

incorporated, with a smoothie like texture.

If it is too thick, add a little more water, and blend.

It is too runny, add more frozen fruit and blend.

Tips: Bananas are the secret weapon in a smoothie, they give it a rich smooth texture.

Buy a large bunch of bananas, let them ripen, and peel them, then freeze in a bag.

Then they are ready to go for smoothies. I also buy the spinach and kale fresh, then freeze it for smoothies. Enjoy and be well!
